ALBUQUERQUE – New Mexico Lottery today announced the launch of Guy Fieri Flavortown Fortune! Scratchers, which are now on sale only in New Mexico. This is the first time Guy Fieri has been featured on any Lottery ticket.
The Guy Fieri Flavortown Fortune! game features prizes up to $50,000 and a second-chance promotion featuring $5,000 prizes, $10,000 prizes and one $500,000 Grand Prize. Plus, two thousand lucky players will each win a $100 e-Gift Card.

Restaurant Giveaways
To help reach those who love food, the New Mexico Lottery has also teamed up with New Mexico restaurants for more winning opportunities. Each restaurant that volunteered to participate will post a unique entry codeword at their establishment. Restaurant patrons can then enter that code at the Lottery’s website for a chance to win a $100 gift card to the restaurant where they found the code.

A Cookbook, too!
As a shout-out to local chefs and homage to food, the New Mexico Lottery also just released a “Lottery Favorites” Cookbook. During the last holiday season, New Mexicans were invited to submit their unique recipes for a chance to win $1,000. The Lottery selected 63 tasty recipes from the submissions and created a free downloadable cookbook. Three entrants won $1,000: Savannah Jones from Albuquerque for her New Mexican Cheesecake recipe, G Andy Pratt from Deming for his New Mexico Party Roast recipe, and Leon Garrett from Las Cruces for his Jambalaya Burrito recipe. The free recipe book will be available to download here soon.

All net proceeds from the sale of New Mexico Lottery games fund an in-state college tuition assistance program. Since 1996, the New Mexico Lottery has raised more than $1 billion for education and more than 149,000 students have attended college on Legislative Lottery Scholarships.
