You can buy lottery tickets at more than 1,100 retail locations throughout New Mexico. Most stores offer Lottery tickets at checkout counters or from the Self-Service Lottery Terminals.
How much do tickets cost?
The cost of a Fast Play! ticket starts at $1.
Where can I find out how to play?
Information on how to play is found on the ticket and on this site. Each game is different and will have different instructions.
What can I win?
Prizes vary and may include free tickets, cash prizes and/or trips and merchandise.
How do I know if I’m a winner?
Each Fast Play game will vary slightly. Your ticket will explain how the game is played. You can also ask the retailer for assistance or call Lottery Customer Service at (505) 342-7600 or (505) 342-PLAY (7529).
Prizes expire and must be claimed within 90 calendar days after the date they are printed or the first business day after the 90th day if the Lottery is not open for business.
What should I do with my non-winning tickets?
Before throwing away non-winning tickets, double-check each ticket to be sure you haven’t overlooked a winner. If the tickets are still non-winners, check the Lottery’s website to find out if they can be used to enter a second-chance drawing or other promotion.
What are the odds of winning?
Odds vary by game and prize level. To find the odds for a particular game, check the odds card at any lottery retailer or find it online. Overall game odds are also printed on the back of the ticket.
What if my ticket is lost or stolen?
Unsigned tickets can be redeemed by anyone. We recommend that you sign your ticket and claim your prize quickly. The New Mexico Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
