ALBUQUERQUE– In light of recent COVID-19 developments, the New Mexico Lottery wants to assure the public that services for players and retailers continue to be provided. The Lottery is delivering and selling tickets, and Lottery retailers continue to receive deliveries so that their ability to sell remains unaffected.

Winning tickets can be claimed via mail or at Lottery headquarters. The Lottery’s Claim Center hours are being adjusted to 9 AM – 1 PM Tuesday through Thursday until further notice.

The situation is being closely monitored and any changes will be conveyed to the public.

The health and safety of our community, players and staff is of utmost importance and we are taking precautions with safe handling of product and regular cleaning of our claim center office.

The Lottery has a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan and is prepared to adjust operations as the situation evolves. Staffing may be limited, Claim Center office hours may continue to be adjusted, staff may work remotely, and promotional drawings and claim periods may need to be adjusted.

For up-to-date business and claim center hours, retailers and players may visit the Lottery website at www.nmlottery.com, the Lottery Facebook page at www.facebook.com/nmlottery or call customer service at (505) 342-7600.

The Lottery will continue to update the public as the situation develops and thanks everyone for their patience and understanding.
