Scratcher Players Win More in FY 2015
ALBUQUERQUE – The New Mexico Lottery introduces three Scratcher games today.
The $3 “Loteria New Mexico” features top prizes of $25,000. The game’s play board features places and items that represent the Land of Enchantment, such as the roadrunner, chile, aliens, the White Sands, and the U.S. Route 66 road sign.
The $2 “10K” game features top prizes of $10,000. The game also doubles another 65,000 prizes.
The $1 “Double Doubler” features top prizes of $4,000.
Scratcher Players Winning More
Scratcher prizes in Fiscal Year 2015 are up. Between July and October, players won approximately $16.7 million, up from $14 million from the same time last year.
Legislative Lottery Scholarships
Since its inception in 1996, the lottery has raised $622 million for education in New Mexico. More than 90,000 students have attended college on Legislative Lottery Scholarships, of which 43,400 students have already earned their college degrees.
