ALBUQUERQUE – The New Mexico Lottery today recognized Airport Shell, owned by Brewer Oil Company, as a “Lucky Landmark” for selling a Powerball® ticket worth $1 million.

Airport Shell, located at 7510 Airport Road in Santa Fe, sold the winning ticket to Santa Fe resident Michael Vigil for the game’s Sept. 29 drawing. Vigil’s quick-pick ticket matched the winning numbers of 14, 18, 28, 29 and 57 to win a second-place prize of $1 million at odds of 1 in 5.2 million.

In today’s ceremony, New Mexico Lottery CEO Tom Romero presented a Lucky Landmark plaque to Tom Hennessy, director of retail operations for Brewer Oil Company.
