Lottery Bucks – Retailers
What are Lottery Bucks?
Lottery Bucks are a promotional $5 Scratcher given to players from time to time. Players use this $5 credit towards the purchase of any New Mexico Lottery game. When a player gives you a Lottery Buck, simply scan the barcode like any other Scratcher ticket.
Retailers will receive a 1% cashing commission for the Lottery Buck as well as the selling commission for the ticket(s) that the player receives with the credit.
Lottery Bucks have no cash value.
How to Redeem Lottery Bucks
- Scratch the bottom area of the Lottery Buck to reveal the barcode on the front of the ticket (if the player has not already done this).
- Scan the barcode.
- The amount of the Lottery Buck(s) will be added to the player’s cart balance.
- Add draw game ticket(s) to the cart or let the player pick Scratchers to use the credit from the Lottery Buck.
- Complete the order.
Lottery Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash.
