ALBUQUERQUE – One day after launching afternoon drawings in its Pick 3® game, the New Mexico Lottery announced that 14 prizes of $500 each were won in today’s drawing.
The winning numbers are 7, 3 and 1, a combination that has come up six other times since the New Mexico Lottery launched Pick 3 in 2000.
“We are very happy that good fortune found so many of our Pick 3 players this afternoon,” said David Barden, New Mexico Lottery CEO. “It will help ignite a buzz among players that is so important to the Legislative Lottery Scholarship program.”
In Pick 3, players win by matching three numbers from zero to nine in one of three play styles selected when the ticket is purchased.
Tickets cost $1 per play per drawing. Drawings are Monday through Saturday after 1 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Prizes range between $5 and $500.
Legislative Lottery Scholarships
Since its inception in 1996, the New Mexico Lottery has raised $607 million for education and more than 90,000 students have attended college on Legislative Lottery Scholarships.
