Resumes are being accepted for a full-time Customer Service Representative position with the New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA). Duties include, but are not limited to, handling incoming and outgoing telephone sales communications to retailers, players, lottery staff and the general public. Minimal travel within the state of New Mexico may be required. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office 2010, with emphasis in Word and Excel. Bilingual in Spanish-English is a plus. Two years experience in a proactive customer service/telemarketing environment is preferred.
