Carlsbad resident Kathy Gregory claims a $1 million Powerball prize from the Aug. 9 drawing. The lucky ticket was purchased at Brewer Oil Northgate Chevron located at 1311 W. Pierce St. in Carlsbad.

Lottery unveils a roadrunner logo fine-tuned for the digital era. The logo was designed by Joby Elliott, a lottery graphic designer who studied studio design at the University of New Mexico on a Legislative Lottery Scholarship.

Albuquerque resident Bess Holt claims a $1 million Powerball prize from the July 2 drawing. The lucky ticket was purchased at Albertson's located at 2910 Juan Tabo NE in Albuquerque.

Lottery ends Fiscal Year 2014 with revenue of $40.9 million on net sales of $136 million.

Lottery launches a Quickster game called "Red Hot Jackpot Bingo." The $5 game offers a starting jackpot of $1,000 that will grow larger until hit.
