CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Resumes are being accepted for a full-time Customer Service Representative position with the New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA). Duties include, but are not limited to, handling incoming and outgoing telephone sales communications to retailers, players, lottery staff and the general public. Minimal travel within the state of New Mexico may be required. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office 2010, with emphasis in Word and Excel. Bilingual in Spanish-English is a plus. Two years experience in a proactive customer service/telemarketing environment is preferred. Starting hourly rate is $11.25. FINANCE COORDINATOR I

Resumes are being accepted for a full-time, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing Finance Coordinator I position with the New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA). Duties include, but are not limited to; processing winning lottery ticket claims, selling tickets to walk-in customers, handling claim center cash, daily reconciliation of cash drawer and tickets and collection of amounts owed to lottery. Bank teller experience preferred.  Working knowledge of computers and MS Office Suite software programs is required. Bilingual is a plus. The starting rate of pay is $13.61 per hour. DOE. High school education or equivalency is required; incumbent must possess sufficient prior working experience in direct customer service, cash handling, cash reconciliation, collections, and accounting wherein the ability to perform the position’s functions have been amply demonstrated. WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

The New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA) is seeking to fill a position as a full-time Warehouse Operations Technician. Job duties include, but are not limited to: shipment of lottery tickets, general warehouse duties, and facility and fleet maintenance. Knowledge of and ability to operate machinery, e.g. shredders, pallet jacks, forklift etc. is preferred; must be able to lift items weighing 70 lbs. Working conditions include standing, walking, kneeling, handling, stooping, lifting, pushing and pulling of heavy objects and occasional climbing. Applicants must provide great attention to detail in a very challenging work environment. Basic computer knowledge is required, including Window based programs. Working hours may vary.  Applicants must have High School Diploma or equivalent, be able to pass an extensive background investigation, and have a valid NM driver’s license.
