The New Mexico Lottery Authority has an opening for a Deputy IT Administrator. This position at the direction of the IT Administrator, organizes and manages internal IT and external gaming functions in support of the NMLA’s goals, objectives and stated mission.


Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required. Sufficient prior work experience as a system administrator, network administrator, lottery gaming system operations manager, or similar role is required. Lottery gaming system or lottery IT experience is strongly preferred. Professional certifications are a plus. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and those traits that foster and maintain cordial and professional working relationships which further cooperative and coordinative efforts toward attainment of individual and collective organizational goals and objectives.
