Q: Where do I enter my Entry Coupon serial number for the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year Promotion?

A: Go to the ‘Promotions’ tab on www.nmlottery.com or use the following link: https://www.nmlottery.com/nyre-promo.aspx

 

Q: How do I get an Entry Coupon for the Powerball First Millionaire of the Year Promotion?

A: Buy $6 or more in New Mexico Lottery Powerball plays on ONE TICKET (September 1 - 30, 2020), and receive an Entry Coupon with a serial number.

 

Q: Do I need to keep my Entry Coupon?

A: YES. The Entry Coupon is a bearer instrument. Players MUST sign and keep their Entry Coupon and present it with their Claim Form, if selected as a winner.

 

Q: How do I know if I entered my ticket?

A: Please mark each ticket as you enter them. This can be as simple as a check or smiley face on the corner of the paper. If you still don’t know, try to enter it again. If you receive the message ‘ticket already entered,’ then your ticket has already been entered.

 

Q: Can I scan my serial number to enter it?

A: The entry site does not have a scan feature. You must type your 8-digit coupon serial number in the entry form in order to enter.

 

Q: It says my ticket is already entered. I did not enter it. What do I do?

A: Please email a photo of your ticket along with your name and phone number to: CustService@NMLottery.com. NMLA Security will review the ticket’s entry history and get back to you.

 

Q: How will winners be notified?

A: Winners will be notified by the New Mexico Lottery with the information submitted with the coupon serial number entry. Winners will be emailed and/or called by phone. Remember, players MUST sign and keep their Entry Coupon and present it with their Claim Form, if selected as a winner.

 

Q: I clicked on ‘I’m not a robot’ and the two checkboxes below the captcha. When I click ENTER, I get the message, “Captcha is required.”

A: It is possible you did not complete the captcha images. Please try again.

In the meantime, your ticket may have still been entered. Please email a photo of your ticket along with your name and phone number to: CustService@NMLottery.com   NMLA Security will review the ticket’s entry history and get back to you.
