What should I do if I can’t remember my password?

Click here to reset your New Mexico Lottery My Rewards password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

How many password attempts do I get and what happens if I exceed that?

You have 10 attempts to enter your password. On the 11th incorrect attempt, your account will be locked for 24 hours.

How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?

Go to New Mexico Lottery My Rewards and log in using your current email address and password. Once logged in, you can enter your account details on the welcome page. Once you have updated your information, scroll down, check the age verification box if it is unchecked, and click on the “Submit” button.

What should I do if I encounter a problem with the My Rewards program website?

Click on Help at the bottom of the page on the website (Help is under the “More” section in the mobile app menu) to submit your question or problem. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide, the better chance we will have of quickly resolving an issue. You can also call 1-800-201-0108 to speak to a representative.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, log in and click on “My Profile” at the top of the screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete Account” located in the green area. Once you delete your account, it is gone forever. We will not be able to retrieve any information.

Which tickets are eligible for the My Rewards program?

Please check the eligible games page or promotions page on the My Rewards website to see what games are eligible for entry at that time.

How many entries are allowed in one day?

Players may enter up to fifty (50) tickets per day.

How do I find out about multiplier promotions?

Periodic promotions will offer players a chance to multiply their entries on selected games. Website banners, ticket and terminal messages, and emails will give promotional details. You can sign up for emails on your My Rewards profile page.

Can I scan my tickets in the My Rewards program using my cell phone?

Yes, players are able to scan their eligible tickets using a camera phone, as an alternative to manually entering the ticket numbers into the system. To scan their tickets, players will have to download the New Mexico Lottery Play Again App (scan function not available on desktop). Once signed in, tickets can be scanned by selecting “Enter Ticket” from the menu. Then select “Scan”.Once scanned, click on “Submit Entry.” Players will need to allow the app to access the camera on the phone.
Apple devices require iOS version 10.0 and above. Android devices require Google Android 8.0.x (Oreo) and above. All supported devices must also have auto-focus. How can I be sure that my entry has been submitted?

After entering an eligible ticket, you can visit My Entries for a list of the tickets you have entered under the “My Entries” tab.

When will the New Mexico Lottery My Rewards drawings be held?

Please visit the Drawings & Winners page for a schedule of entry and drawing dates.

What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for one of the My Rewards program drawings?

Entries not received by the specified deadline for a drawing will be automatically entered in the next scheduled drawing, if an applicable future drawing is scheduled. Entries received after the final entry deadline will not be included in any drawing.

What happens to the entries that are not drawn in one of the My Rewards program drawings? Are they put into future drawings?

No, only entries submitted during the entry period for one of the drawings are included in that drawing.

Do I need to keep my tickets after submitting them into a My Rewards program drawing?

No, you do not need to keep your tickets after verifying that your entry has been submitted (verify by checking the My Entries tab on the website). The Lottery may offer other promotions from time to time that do require players to keep their entry tickets, however, this will be clearly noted on the “Promotions” page.

Can I mail in my ticket entries in the My Rewards program?

No, only internet or mobile app entries are allowed in this program.

What are my chances of winning a prize in the My Rewards program drawings?

Your odds of winning are based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing and the total number of entries that you have submitted.

Can I win a prize more than one time?

A player may win one time for each drawing. If there are multiple drawings for a promotion, players can win future drawings if they have already won a previous drawing.

How will I be notified if I win a prize?

If your entry is selected, the New Mexico Lottery will email you a claim form using the contact information in your player profile. Please make sure that all of your information is up to date. If the completed claim form and other information requested are not received by the date and time specified, your entry will be disqualified and replaced with an alternate. Remember to check your junk email and spam folders.
