How Do I Claim
a Prize?
1. Players must have their original Raffle ticket to claim a prize.
2. SIGN
THE BACK OF YOUR TICKET. The ticket is a bearer instrument until signed.
3. Raffle prizes of $125,000
must be claimed in person at Lottery headquarters located at 4511 Osuna Rd. NE,
Albuquerque, NM.
4. Raffle prizes of $25,000 and $50,000 must be claimed at Lottery
headquarters or mailed with a completed claim form to: New Mexico Lottery, P.O.
Box 93190, Albuquerque, NM 87199-3190.
Claim forms are available at all Lottery retail locations and at www.nmlottery.com.
5. Raffle prizes of $500
may be claimed at a New Mexico Lottery retailer or by mailing to: New Mexico Lottery,
P.O. Box 93190, Albuquerque, NM 87199-3190. No claim form is required.
6. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days from the date of the drawing or the business day prior to the 90th day if the NMLA is not open for business.
