CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE​

Resumes are being accepted for full-time Customer Service Representative position with the New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA).  Duties include, but are not limited to, handling incoming and outgoing telephone sales communications to retailers, players, lottery staff and the general public.  Minimal travel within the state of New Mexico may be required.  Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office 2010, with emphasis in Word and Excel. Two years experience in a proactive customer service/telemarketing environment is preferred. INTERN DRAW OPERATOR – PART-TIME​

New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA) has a part-time intern position available in the IT Department as a Draw Operator.  Schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and the hourly rate is $12.37 per hour.  Duties include but are not limited to; ensures that the nightly draw is completed, complying with internal and external draw processes.  This position will balance and verify draw information against draw procedures.  This position will also assist with QA testing and troubleshooting of instant and online gaming products when required.  Basic knowledge of computer equipment operation.  Must be proficient in computer/data entry skills. High school education or equivalency is required.  Must be able to work in a high security environment.  Must be able to pass an extensive background check and have a valid NM driver’s license. SYSTEM SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – PART-TIME​

New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA) has a part-time position available in the IT Department as System Support Technician. Schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and the hourly rate is $12.37 per hour. Duties include, but are not limited to:  Provide Tier 1 computer software and hardware support (Microsoft OS and Office platforms) for employees; perform UAT testing and troubleshooting of gaming products; maintain hardware and software inventory using established database; setup and install new computers and printers; and act as backup to nightly draw operator.
