What is the Lottery VIP Club?

The Lottery VIP Club is a free club for New Mexico Lottery players. It offers the services players want most:

  1. Jackpot alerts and winning numbers sent to an email or cell phone;
  2. Notice of new games, promotions, second-chance drawings and winners;
  3. Second-chance drawings and promotions.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

  1. On the VIP Sign-In page, click 'Reset your password.' A reset link will be sent to your email Address.
  2. Check your email and click on the link sent from the VIP Club. If you do not see it in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk mailbox.
  3. Enter a new password of your choosing and click on 'Reset password.'
  4. Sign in to your account with your email address and new password.

My email address has changed. How do I change my email address in the VIP Club?

To change your email address, log into the NM Lottery VIP Club using your old email address and password.

  1. Under 'Edit Account Details,' type in your new email address in both boxes (below your address).
  2. Click 'Save Account Details.'

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. On the VIP Sign-In page, click 'Reset your password.' A reset link will be sent to your email Address.
  2. Check your email and click on the link sent from the VIP Club. If you do not see it in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk mailbox.
  3. Enter a new password of your choosing and click on 'Reset password.'

Can I join the New Mexico Lottery VIP Club if I don't live in NM?

Yes

I no longer want to receive email or text alerts from the New Mexico Lottery. How do I unsubscribe from these alerts?

  1. Log into the VIP Club.
  2. Under your Account Details (scroll below your Name, Address, email and phone number), click on the icons next to each alert (such as Big Winners, Jackpot Alerts, New Games, etc.).
  3. If the icon is green, you will receive alerts. If the icon is grey, you will not receive alerts.
  4. The letter (mail) icons represent email alerts. The phone icons represent text alerts.
  5. After selection, Logout of your account. Your selections should be saved.

I signed up to receive text message alerts, but I am not receiving them.

Have you changed mobile phone carriers lately? If so, you will need to update your VIP Club account. To change your mobile phone carrier, log into the VIP Club.

  1. Under 'Edit Account Details,' update your phone number and carrier
  2. Click on 'Save Account Details.'

I signed up to receive email alerts, but I am not receiving them.

Your email message may have gone to your junk mail or spam folder. To prevent emails from going directly to your spam folder, simply add VIPClub@nmlottery.com to your Contacts or Address Book for the email account that is registered with your VIP Club membership.

If you are still not receiving emails, you or your email service provider may have set preferences on your email service to prevent you from receiving bulk emails. In this case, please contact your email service provider if you are not receiving your Winning Numbers email.

I can't get into the VIP Club to update my profile.

If you are attempting to access the VIP Club web site from a Local Area Network (LAN) such as your place of employment, you may be receiving an error message because of a firewall. Firewalls inhibit your computer's ability to access our VIP Club site. You may have to use a different computer (e.g., your home computer, public computer or a laptop) to gain access to the VIP Club web site. You may wish to consult with your network administrator.

I am receiving text or email alerts and didn't sign up for them.

If you are receiving text or email alerts and didn't sign up for them, please contact custservice@nmlottery.com and provide us with your name, email address and phone number. A lottery representative will contact you to resolve this issue.

How do I create a VIP Club account?

  1. Click the VIP Club link on the New Mexico Lottery home page.
  2. Enter your information in the boxes provided.
  3. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box indicating your agreement with these terms.
  4. Click 'Sign-Up.'

I don't have internet service but I want to be a VIP Club member.

The features of the New Mexico Lottery VIP Club are digital and require internet service. The information provided by the VIP Club, such as winning numbers, jackpot amounts and the ability to check your tickets, is also available at all New Mexico Lottery retailers.

Can I change 'my services' over the phone?

For security reasons, only you can make changes to your email or text preferences. To change your account, log into the VIP Club.

  1. Under  your Account Details (name, Address, email and phone number), click on the icons next to each alert (such as Big Winners, Jackpot Alerts, New Games, etc.).
  2. If the icon is green, you will receive alerts. If the icon is grey, you will not receive alerts.
  3. The letter (mail) icons represent email alerts. The phone icons represent text alerts.
  4. After selection, Logout of your account. Your selections should be saved.

I no longer wish to be a VIP Club member.

To unsubscribe, please contact custservice@nmlottery.com and provide us with your name, phone number and email address and let us know you wish to have your VIP Club account deleted. A lottery representative will contact you to confirm your account has been removed.
