Graphic Designer

The New Mexico Lottery is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Graphic Designer. Job duties include, but are not limited to, creating and producing graphics in various formats such as publications, instant tickets, and point-of-sale materials. Applicants must possess well-developed knowledge of commercial graphics illustration and design and be able to operate large format printer. Post high school coursework in graphic illustration and design and a proficient knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign on the Microsoft Windows platform is required. Experience with Adobe Flash and Premiere is desirable. Refer to job description for full requirements. Lottery Sales Representative

The New Mexico Lottery Authority is seeking to fill a full-time position as Outside Lottery Sales Representative servicing the Deming, Silver City, Lordsburg, Las Cruces, Socorro and Magdalena areas. Successful candidate must live in Deming or be willing to relocate at own expense. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be a self-starter and have a high level of creativity and motivation to maximize sales. Duties include but are not limited to; sales and service of retail accounts, inventory management, recruiting, retailer training, merchandising of product, implementation of retail promotions, and participation in special events. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have experience in a selling and service environment, possess and maintain a valid New Mexico driver’s license and be insurable for standard vehicle insurance with a good driving record, and must be able to lift 50 lbs. In compliance with New Mexico state laws, applicants for this position must be at least 21 years of age. Successful candidate must live in the Deming area. Customer Service Representative

Resumes are being accepted for full-time Customer Service Representative position with the New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA). Duties include, but are not limited to, handling incoming and outgoing telephone sales communications to retailers, players, lottery staff and the general public. Minimal travel within the state of New Mexico may be required. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office 2010, with emphasis in Word and Excel. Two years experience in a proactive customer service/telemarketing environment is preferred. Starting hourly rate is $11.16.
